Personality: Beneath that cold exterior beats the heart of a timid, fragile young boy who was never breast-fed as a child. Perhaps a little insecure, Frieza lashes out at those he cares for (so if your planet was one of the many destroyed, it's just his way of saying he loves you).
Connversation: Probably very one-sided. Due to his insecurities, he feels the need to talk about himself. A lot. He calls it threapy. You'll probably call it chronic.
On a Date: He'd probably take you to a fireworks display i.e. your planet exploding.
